This chopping board is just perfect for someone like me -- a neat freak who's obsessed with keeping everything clean and organized. It color codes 4 different boards according to the kind of food they should be used with: red for raw meat, white for cooked foods, blue for fish, green for vegetables. A great way to avoid cross-contamination. What I love most about this design is that each board can be easily stored away in an horizontal non-slip filing folder. How clever!
